    Holding Tank vs. Septic

Many lake lots are too small or too close to the water for a traditional drain field. We install high-quality holding tanks sized for your family's weekend usage to minimize pumping frequency.

    Fall Winterization

Saskatchewan freezes hard. We properly blow out lines, pump tanks to safe levels, and ensure your system won't suffer catastrophic freeze damage over the winter.

    Spring Start-Up

Before you open the cabin for May long weekend, we can inspect your system, check for frost heave damage, and ensure everything is flowing correctly.

    Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on your lot size, soil type, and proximity to the lake. The Saskatchewan Health Authority has strict setback rules. If you don't have the space for a drain field or mound, a holding tank is required.

For a typical family using the cabin on weekends, a 1000-1500 gallon tank is usually sufficient to avoid needing a pump-out every single week. If you have laundry or multiple families, you'll need larger capacity.

We recommend scheduling winterization in late September or early October, before the first hard ground freeze. Spots fill up fast in the fall, so book early!
